J. William Lentz, Jr.
The Rev. Dr. J. William Lentz, Jr., who prefers to be called “Pastor Bill” or “Bill,” was born in the City of Philadelphia and raised there as well as in East Coventry Township in Chester County, PA. and Basking Ridge, New Jersey. Pastor Bill is an honors graduate of Albright College and The Divinity School at Duke University. He entered college to prepare for the Methodist ministry, having felt a call to serve Christ in the Church and the world in his early teen years. Ordination as a deacon came in 1986, along with his first appointment to the Highville-Washington Boro Circuit in Lancaster County, in the Eastern Pennsylvania Conference of The United Methodist Church. Ordination as an Elder in Full Connection came in 1988. In 1989, Pastor Bill was appointed as the associate pastor at The United Methodist Church of West Chester in West Chester, PA. Then, in 1993, he was appointed the pastor of Wesley United Methodist Church in Bethlehem, PA. He served there for 17 years. In 2010, an appointment came to First United Methodist Church in Lancaster, PA. After five years, Bill was appointed to Messiah Church in Lafayette Hill, Pennsylvania in 2015. Bill’s skills for ministry are concentrated in preaching and leading worship, teaching, pastoral care, and guiding churches to the passionate fulfillment of their mission to serve Jesus Christ in the world today. Pastor Bill currently serves on the Conference Council on Finance and Administration, the Urban Commission, and the Northeastern Jurisdiction Program and Arrangements Committee. He is also an adjunct professor at Lancaster Theological Seminary in Lancaster, PA and Northampton Community College in Bethlehem, PA. Bill is married to Kathy and they have 3 children and 2 grandsons, which keep them hip and busy. They also share many interests including cooking, gardening, walking, traveling, reading, films, plays, art and music of many genres.
Pastor Nancy Ludwig
Pastor Nancy Ludwig is a licensed local pastor in the United Methodist Church. She served as associate pastor at Langhorne United Methodist Church before coming to Lehman Memorial in June of 2008. She has B. S. and M. Ed degrees from Millersville State University and was an elementary school teacher for twenty-nine years. She accepted Christ as her Savior as a child and has been active in church all of her life. Pastor Nancy is enriched through worship, prayer, and study, and she has completed the Course of Study through Wesley Theological Seminary in Washington D.C. Pastor Nancy is engaged in all areas of ministry and in service to the Lord. She feels grateful and blessed every day to be serving God as a pastor at Lehman Memorial.

Pastora Luky Cotto
Pastora Luky Cotto, como cariñosamente le conocemos, nació en la ciudad de Guatemala y ha estado viviendo en los Estados Unidos por más de 35 años. Es una Pastora Local de la Iglesia Metodista Unida. La Pastora Luky sirvió como Misionera de la Junta General de Ministerios Globales con el programa 10-10-10 por tres años, como Pastora Asociada mientras estuvo viviendo en La Gran Conferencia de New Jersey por 5 años. La Pastora Luky y su familia se mudaron para Pensilvania y ahora esta sirviendo como una Nueva Plantadora de Iglesia en la Iglesia Metodista Unida Lehman desde julio del 2008. Graduada del Instituto Guatemalteco Americano (IGA), como Secretaria Bilingüe, recibió su Bachillerato en Administración de Empresas de la Universidad de Phoenix en Filadelfia y esta completando sus cursos Teológicos a través de la Universidad Bíblica Latinoamericana (UBL) en Costa Rica, CA. La Pastora Luky es profesora Adjunta del colegio Messiah, en la ciudad de Filadelfia, Facilitadora del Plan Nacional para Ministerios Hispanos/Latinos y ha escrito una unidad para el Modulo de Jóvenes y una unidad para el Modulo de Educación Cristiana. Además, ha escrito para el programa de la División de Mujeres en Español, y ha escrito varios artículos para la revista El Interprete de nuestra denominación. Luky es una líder bastante conocida en la comunidad Latina de la IMU. Esta casada con el Rev. Dr. Irving Cotto con quien tuvo tres hijos, Julio Irving, casado con Mayra Cortes, Andres G., y Alejandro O., los tres graduados de la universidad. Luky esta gozando cada minuto de este ministerio que el Señor ha puesto en sus manos.
Pastor Luky Cotto, as everybody knows her, was born in Guatemala City and has been living in the USA for more than 35 years. She is a Local Pastor in the United Methodist Church. Pastor Luky served as a 10-10-10 Missionary GBOGM for three years, and as an Associate Pastor while in the Greater New Jersey Annual Conference for 5 years. Pastor Luky and her family moved back to Pennsylvania and she is now serving as a New Church Planter at Lehman since July, 2008. A graduate from the American-Guatemalan Institute in Guatemala, Central America, as a Bilingual Secretary, she received her B.S.B.A. Business Administration from the University of Phoenix in Philadelphia. At present she is completing her Theological studies through the Latin American Biblical University (UBL) in Costa Rica, CA. Pastor Luky is an adjunct professor at Messiah College, in Philadelphia, a facilitator of the National Plan for Hispanic/Latino Ministries and has written a teaching unit for a Module on Youth Ministry, as well as a Module on Christian Education. In addition, she wrote for the UM Women’s Division, and a series of articles for the Spanish language periodical, El Interprete. Luky is a well known leader in the UM Latino community. She is married to Rev. Dr. Irving Cotto with whom they have three sons, Julio I., Andres G. and Alejandro O., all graduated from college. Luky loves the Lord and is enjoying every minute of the ministry the Lord has put in her hands.
Diane Lendzinski comes to the church with many years of experience in church offices and business. Diane enjoys spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, whenever she can.
Deborah Gwynn received her Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Temple University. She has over twenty years experience in the accounting field. She has worked for a variety of companies including a law firm and a small technology firm, and she has helped a parish correct their accounting records. Deborah resides in Warminster, PA with her husband, Ray, and their four children.
Karen Douglass, RN, BSN
Karen Douglass is Lehman's Parish Nurse. She has been working as an RN since 1983, and has been Lehman's parish nurse since 1997. Karen graduated with a BSN from Thomas Jefferson University.
Parish Nursing is a calling to create, improve and maintain whole person health — body, mind and spirit. Lehman's Health Ministry includes health counseling, blood pressure screening, hospital and home visitation, health classes and seminars, and much more. As the Parish Nurse, Karen works to positively influence the health and well-being of Lehman's members, while ministering to the hurting and promoting healing.
Christian Preschool Director
Phyllis Morocco is the director of Lehman Christian Preschool and is also one of three preschool teachers at Lehman. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in Early Childhood Education. She has been with the preschool since 1998. Phyllis and the preschool staff continuously engage the children in social/emotional, academic and spiritual activities. The preschool celebrated 25 years of success in September.
Director of Vocal Music
Ruth Kuchinsky-Smith is Lehman's director of Vocal music, overseeing the Sanctuary Choir, Chapel Choir, Carol Choir, and Disciple Singers. Each Easter season, Ruth directs "His Last Days," a musical depicting the last days of Christ. Many will know this as a Lehman tradition.
Director of Instrumental Music
Susan Tinney has been a member of Lehman Memorial Church for most of her professional life. Susan directs and oversees Lehman's traditional instrumental groups including the Adult Bells, Youth Bells and Orff Ensemble.
Sexton/Technical Director/Interim Youth Coordinator
Brad Beck is our church's Sexton, as well as the Technical Director and Lehman's Interim Youth Coordinator. With expertise in Audio and Visual Engineering, Brad is responsible for lighting and video creation and production, as well as running live sound, recording, and duplication services for the 8:15, 9:30 and 11:00 worship experiences, as well as countless special events. He is a graduate of The Conservatory of Recording Arts and Sciences where he studied Audio Recording and Production, Post Production, Video Game Audio, Music Business, and Live Sound. He holds certifications in Pro Tools, Waves, Logic Pro, SMAART, and TC Electronics. As Church Sexton, Brad is in charge of the maintainance and upkeep of the church buildings. As Interim Youth Coordinator, Brad's role is to connect youth and parents in preparing for youth group meetings and for planning the annual trips and events that are favorite activities for the youth. He also gathers parents monthly on Sunday nights to talk about common issues of parenting, like communicating with teens and understanding their behavior.
Lisa Lang works part-time as an Administrative Assistant keeping the church calendar up-to-date, helping in the office, maintaining the church database, and more. You can find her in the church office most Fridays.
Danielle Cole and Samantha Ford come to Lehman with enthusiasm, energy and exceptional qualifications — both have degrees in Early Childhood Education and extensive experience working with children. Danielle and Samantha ensure that your child's physical, emotional, and spiritual needs are met with loving attention in a safe environment as you worship.
