Montgomery County Anti-Hunger Network (MAHN) and Garden of Health blessed our Loaves & Fishes Food Pantry with a large amount of chicken legs, ground beef, and taco beef as well as dozens of organic eggs, sweet potatoes, and non-perishables to help our neighbors. This was the first distribution of food for local pantries and hopefully will continue monthly for the foreseeable future.

Thank you to the congregation and community members for their generous contributions to the pantry. We received numerous monetary and non-perishable items to assist in refilling our shelves. The pantry has been averaging about 35 families per week.

We are looking forward to Cub Pack 17 and Hatboro Baptist Scout Troop 3 neighborhood food drives taking place during the month of November.

Our Food Pantry has been under the direction of Terry Morissette for a number of years and she has been such a wonderful director, keeping our pantry running smoothly, shopping, ordering, and stacking food along with her fabulous volunteers. We are so thankful for her dedication. The pantry will now be under the direction of Vicki Coleman, Dollie Leeds, and Charles Lockard.
