The Loaves and Fishes Food Pantry had a busy month in December - 192 people came to the pantry and that’s only in 3 weeks. There definitely is a need within our community. The week before Christmas, clients received a $20 Walmart gift card, a special holiday bag made up of a canned ham, potatoes, yams, gravy, dessert, and a can of donated cookies along with their regular grocery bag and fresh fruits, vegetables, eggs, cheese, and meat.

We have been blessed with many monetary donations and gift cards from our church family as well as our community during the past month. Many organizations and families also donated many items to the pantry. Thanks to everyone who participated in the Reverse Advent Calendar.

Special thanks to Warminster Grocery Outlet who donated $700 worth of ice cream, popsicles, and ice cream bars as well as frozen waffles and pancakes to our pantry. It was a real treat for everyone.

If you followed our reverse Advent calendar, you can drop off your food any time the church office is open.

If you know someone dealing with food insecurity, please let them know they can pick up food Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 9:30 a.m. to noon.
